JoAnne Ross-Mina founded J. M. NEIL & ASSOC., Inc., in May of 1986, and Naftaly Mina joined the company three months later. They operated the company in downtown Kansas City until 1991 when the company was downsized. The company was restructured in 1994, and has grown from three employees then to over 270 today. The company is a full service business consulting, staffing, and process outsourcing agency, and has a 18-year track record of meeting personnel needs for their nationwide clients in the corporate and government sectors of:

JoAnne attributes the 400 percent growth in 2004 of her woman-owned business to vision, hard work, business acumen, and great employees. The driving force behind J.M. Neil and Associates, Inc. are owners JoAnne and Naftaly Mina. JoAnne and Naftaly Mina have more than 30 years experience in the Consulting, Recruiting, and Staffing industry. JoAnne, as JMN's President, oversees all day-to-day operations. As Controller/Commercial Accounts Manager, Naftaly manages the business side of this highly successful partnership. They have selected staff members who share their ethics, visions and goals. JMN began as an agency for recruitment and staffing. Our emphasis in the last five years has been the telecommunications and information technology industries. As our clients have grown we have grown as well - establishing a Technology Services Group that has capabilities in project deployment, management, and staffing. With our GSA multiple award contract, JMN has developed consulting and process outsourcing lines of business which include logistics and supply chain management.
