By definition, a WBE corporation like J.M. Neil & Assoc., Inc. stands for diversity. However, J.M. Neil takes it several steps further. We have developed a network of cooperating diverse staffing agencies as subcontractors. We actively seek out qualified WBE, MBE, and SDB companies and offer to mentor them through the maze of government and private sector contracting.

J.M. Neil staff participates in numerous corporate and government-sponsored seminars and professional organizations developed to enhance the role of small businesses in today’s marketplace. We encourage and support all types of community participation by our staff. Some of their activities include working with young people to empower them as they grow into adults and assisting with food drives for the needy As an organization, JMN is devoted to sending youth to summer camps, short-term missionary trips, and other faith-based ministry objectives.
