J.M. Neil has several exciting opportunities/openings in the Customer Service field.  These positions are open and need to be filled on a regular basis.

Candidate will perform complex administrative duties requiring independent judgment and initiative.  Previous legal experience is helpful.  Microsoft Office computer skills and typing a minimum of 40 words per minute are required. Minimum High School graduation required. 

• Requires strong verbal communication skills and good phone etiquette to call and receive calls from law enforcement and attorneys.
• Candidate will prepare legal documents under the direction of a manager. 
• Must have a high attention to detail. 
• Goal oriented and able to exceed specific production targets. 
• Must work independently and as a team member. 
• Compile and analyze informaton from many sources; apply standard practices/policies.
• Perform research using various databases and other sources
• Provide detailed reports of findings; explain telecommunicaton records.
• Compose & type correspondence related to technical issues
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Flexibility is required; may require some mandatory overtime
• Some positions must be available to work flexible shifts 24x7
